1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement,” or “Conditions”) outline the rules, regulations, and legally binding agreement for using the services provided by Riggs Consulting LLC (d/b/a Riggs Consulting). By accessing our website and using our consulting, staffing, and RockitPro System AI virtual assistant services (the “Services”), you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Riggs Consulting LLC provides a comprehensive suite of services including, but not limited to, professional consulting, the RockitPro System infrastructure, subcontracted virtual assistant staffing, and AI-driven automation tools. These Services are designed to assist business owners in streamlining operations and scaling through human and digital support. The specific scope of work and deliverables will be outlined in your individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
3. SMS Use Cases & Disclosures
By opting into our SMS service via our website forms, you provide express written consent to receive text messages from Riggs Consulting LLC regarding your account status, system onboarding updates for the RockitPro System, and coordination of virtual assistant services.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Assistance: For help, text HELP to our number or contact support.
Carrier Liability: Riggs Consulting LLC and all mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Fees, Payments, and Wallet Policy
By activating a subscription, you authorize us to keep a credit card on file for recurring service fees via Stripe.
Carrier Fees: You agree to maintain a minimum balance (typically $10–$15) in your system wallet to cover third-party carrier charges for SMS and Email communications.
Refunds: Unless otherwise stated in a specific Service Agreement, all fees paid to Riggs Consulting LLC are non-refundable.
5. Subcontracting and Staffing
Relationship: Subcontractors provided by us are independent contractors of Riggs Consulting LLC, not employees of the Client.
Non-Solicitation: Client agrees not to directly hire, solicit, or contract with any subcontractor introduced by us outside of this Agreement for a period of 12 months following the termination of Services, unless a "Buyout Fee" is mutually agreed upon in writing.
6. Intellectual Property & License
All software, AI logic, workflows, and templates provided within the RockitPro System are the intellectual property of Riggs Consulting LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these tools for your internal business operations only. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the system.
7. Marketing and Publicity
By using the Services, you agree to permit Riggs Consulting LLC to identify you as a customer and to use your business name and/or logo in our marketing materials to showcase our "Dream Team" partnerships.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riggs Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use of or inability to use the Services.
Any errors or "hallucinations" generated by AI Virtual Assistant systems.
Unauthorized access to your Data. The Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for a limited period as outlined in our Privacy Policy before being permanently removed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or opt-in to our SMS communications.
